  5. Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

How to Track Your Package

You can track your Fureur Pet order using these methods:

Log in to your Fureur Pet account and visit the "Order History" section to view your order status and tracking information.

2. Using Carrier's Website

Copy your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and enter it on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).

3. Via Universal Tracking Services

For international shipments or consolidated tracking, we recommend using 17Track, a reliable third-party tracking service that supports multiple carriers worldwide.

  2. Enter your tracking number in the search field
  3. Click "Track" to view detailed shipping information
  4. Optional: Create an account to save multiple tracking numbers

Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after shipment. If it's been longer, please contact our customer service.

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact the carrier directly, then reach out to our support team if unresolved.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped?
