Our Refund Policy

At Fureur Pet, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Certain items may be exempt (see Non-Refundable Items below)

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened pet food or treats
• Used grooming tools
• Personalized/custom-made items
• Aquarium plants and live animals

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include your order number and reason for return
4. Ship to our returns center (address provided upon approval)

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your original payment method will be credited
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost

International Returns

For international orders:

• Customs fees and international shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping must be arranged by the customer
• Please ensure proper customs documentation is included
